Academics
Contrary to
general perception, of Academics in a Residential School is
lost in the rich socio-cultural life, The Assam Valley
School has not allowed Academic to take a back seat.
Academics is the foremost concern of this growing school, as
the Board results (both ICSE and ISC) have been soaring up
the graph, year after year. Furthermore our University
placements have successfully raised the eyebrows of the very
nation.
This does not mean that AVS is a mark producing industry
only. The all-round development of the growing child is our
major concern. Academic is followed closely by cultural and
sporting activities.
We believe that true education is the architecture of the
soul awakening a sense of undying curiosity and the desire
to achieve. Our primary concern is to prepare and equip
young adults for citizenship of the 21st century.
