The International Award For Young People is an exciting self-development programme for all young people worldwide. It equips youth with life skills, builds confidence and engages the youths with their communities.
55 pupils of The Assam Valley School have been Awarded Silver and Bronze certificates and badges for the year 2012.
PROMOTE the Award to young people
PROVIDE the Programme worldwide through appropriate organizations to as many young people as possible.
PRESERVE the quality of the experience
Participation is Voluntary, non-competitive and in own free time. To gain an Award one must show commitments, progress and improvement. There are no shortcuts to a real sense of your achievement, it has to be earned.
One must register with your institution/organization; your Award Leader will issue a diary with a Record Book.
Assessment is based on effort and personal achievement, the programme is available to anyone whatever their circumstances, background or natural ability.
