MUN

The Model United Nations of The Assam Valley School, though started just a few years back, has made an evident impact in the community. The club not only aims at providing a platform for students to enhance their knowledge on various global issues, public speaking skills, lobbying skills and confidence but also aims to enlighten the students about the constructive role they can play on the National or Global arena in order to make the world a better place to dwell in. It also educates them on the career opportunities available at the UNO. The MUN club of AVS organizes two conferences every year- an inter- house conference and an inter- school conference. The school participates in MUN conferences organized by renowned organizers across the country and overseas, as well.
