Any candidate can fill the registration form as per the age chart stipulated.
Age stipulation is strictly observed and the parent is responsible for compliance as required by the age chart given below:

Please Download the Registration Form. Alternatively, the Registration Form can be collected in person from AVS Sunnyside.

The duly filled up Registration Form can be submitted in person at the AVS Sunnyside or can be sent by email to rubina@assamvalleyschool.com or sapna@assamvalleyschool.com with the following enclosures: –

Photo-copy of the candidate’s Birth Certificate.
Attested photocopy of the Annual Exam Mark sheet of the previous year as and where applicable.
Transfer Certificate from theprevious school as and where applicable.
Registration Fee: A bank draft or At-Par cheque in favor of The Assam Valley School payable at Tezpur / Balipara towards the Registration Fee which is neither transferable nor refundable. The Bank Draft / At-Par cheque should be worth INR 2,000/-

Admission Process

Step 1 Registration:

Step 2 Interaction with the parents and the candidate

An informal interaction will be scheduled with the parents and the child. The Interview of the candidate is done in the presence of the parents. Interaction with the parents is an important part of the admission procedure. The final list of selected candidates is published after the completion of all the interviews.

Step 3 Payment of 1^st Installment of Fee

Step 4. Induction Day

The Academic year starts in the month of May every year and the new students are expected to join the school on a specific date, mentioned in the formal Letter of Admission. On Induction Day, parents are required to submit the required documents as mentioned in the Admission letter.
