Round Square Zoom Postcard Call

On September 20, 2023, Dainfern College of South Africa conducted a Round Square Zoom Postcard Call. Six students from The Assam Valley School, Jay Vardhan Patwari, Hiya Keshan, Bariskhem Pohti, Mahika Barooah, Praveka Kasera, and Tenzin Dekie participated in this online event. This conference was based on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG).

The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), also known as the Global Goals, are a group of 17 interrelated goals that are meant to act as a “common blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future.” Other topics were also discussed, including ‘Access to Quality Education’ and others. There were heated discussions about the problems, the current situation, and possible solutions.

The Conference was fun and engaging and deepened our perspective of the world at large.
