Culinary Skills

Introduction:

“Culinary skills” is a cooking activity which is offered at the Lower School level and it is among the most popular activities for students. Students get an opportunity to learn how to prepare easy-to-make snacks including sandwiches, chocolate balls, pizzas, pancakes etc.

Aim and objectives:

The objective of this activity is to teach the basic skills of cutting, chopping peeling ingredients, and cooking various vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes.

Opportunities provided:

1. Our cooking sessions promote independence, sharing, caring, and teamwork
2. The art of presentation
3. We take out students to an under-privileged school periodically and cook snacks for the students
