It’s not for nothing that AVS is called the School for Adventure! A total of 39 students from our school participated in the Club Championship of Badminton organized by Tezpur District Sports Association. The championship, which is an annual event, was conducted on the 3rd and the 4th of February, 2024. In this format, only registered clubs can participate in the event.
The experience of playing under different age groups is a major boost to the morale and the confidence of the students. This will pave the way for greater milestones to conquer! Mentioned below is a list of our achievements:
1)Manonta Kalita – Open category Singles and Doubles – Bronze medal.
2) Tanisa Pegu and Twesha Agarwal – Junior Girls Doubles – Bronze medal.
3) Adrija Sneha Gogoi and Aarini Muklani – Junior Girls Doubles – Bronze medal
4) Tanmoy Raj Baruah and Darsheel Kalita – Junior Boys Doubles – Bronze medal
